Join the CAN English Learners Committee
The English Learners Committee is seeking out-of-school time practitioners and educational experts to join our committee and sub-committee workgroups.
The EL Committee seeks to advance the conversation of what quality EL education looks like in after school, and we inform members of promising practices, strategies and resources to effectively support English Learners.
English Learners Committee Guest Speaker Application
The California Afterschool Network’s English Language Learners Committee is looking for guest speakers to share their insight on effectively working with and engaging English Learners in after school programs! We know there are many of you out there doing great work with English Learners and we invite you to submit an application to become a guest speaker to share your work at one of the committee calls throughout the year.
