On Thursday November 20, 2008 the Los Angeles County Office of Education will host this event featuring presentations from Gordon Jackson, Director of Learning Supports and Partnership Division of the California Department of Education, Dr. Joseph Condon, Superintendent of the Lawndale School District, Mary Jo Ginty Afterschool Programs Project Director for the Los Angeles County Office of Education as well as Panels featuring after school practitioners and school principals focused on student academic enrichment through after school and classroom day collaboration.
