We thank you for exhibiting at the Step Up High School Summit. We hope that your exhibiting experience will be meaningful and engaging. Don't Miss the Step Up Summit Opening Kickoff Reception
The Step Up Summit will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday November 2nd with an opening reception and kickoff celebration. Enjoy h'orderves, music, dancing, and karaoke with fellow high school after school professionals.

Be Sure to Reserve Your Hotel Rooms As Soon As Possible
The California Afterschool Network has secured a special room rate for the Bahia Resort Hotel. This room rate can be accessed through this website by clicking the following link: Reservations
Feel free to extend your stay, the Bahia has extended its special room rate through the weekend!

One Registration is Free for Exhibitors
Exhibitor registration is available at http://www.afterschoolnetwork.org/step-up If you are planning to enlist a co-exhibitor, remind them to register for the conference. Exhibitor Registration is on the same registration form as participants.

Set-Up and Exhibit Hall Hours
The Step Up High School Summit Exhibit Hall will be in the Mission Bay Ballroom. Exhibitors are free to set up exhibit tables the day before the conference (November 2nd) as early as 3:00p.m. Exhibitors are also welcome to set up before breakfast November 3rd, starting at 7:00.

The Conference will close at 4:30 on Thursday November 4th. See the conference schedule to decide the best times for your exhibitor set-up and break down. Recommended Exhibit hours are from 7:00 - 5:00 on Wednesday and Thursday. View the Summit Schedule for more information.

Exhibit Booth and Electricity
Each exhibit booth is standard folding table size and will have two chairs behind it. Each booth will have access to electricity should it be needed.

Mailing Exhibitor Materials
See the document attached at the bottom of this page. You are free to mail materials to the Bahia. They prefer that the materials get there no more than 3 days prior to the event and are marked in a specific way. Materials can also be shipped from the Bahia, the hotel will provide a form for shipper to complete that will need to accompany your packages. Sealed packages should be left in the exhibit room. All packages must be clearly labeled. Tags from your preferred shipper, with the account number to be charged, should also be adhered to all boxes. Please see the attached document below for more information.

Snack Breaks & Downtime for Participants to Meet Exhibitors are Built Into Conference Schedule
We understand the benefits of dedicated down time for conference participants to view the exhibit hall. Our conference participants can benefit greatly from our conference workshops and the content that exhibitors bring. For this reason we have scheduled dedicated breaks every day where there will be a snack available in or near the Foyer/ Exhibit Hall. Also, we arranged the Exhibit Hall to be right next to the ballroom where meals and keynotes will occur to facilitate participant traffic.
