Description of Program :
At Wateford "Club Cuccess" After-School Programs we do not turn away any child for after-school services. We have secured services for 150 high school students. Our programs are designed as independent "Site School- Communites." Because our programs are developed by a "Success Committee" of parents and community representatives and each school has an after-school leadership club that developes new after-school interest clubs and helps maintain student accountability in the existing ones... In our program you find AP, Deficiency, CAHSEE, and Credit Recovery; as well as Sports Tutorials Intramurals, and Conditioning. Life Skills such as DJ CLUB, Video Club, Music Club, Renaissance Club, Portuguese Club, Latin American Club, Science Club, Substance Abuse Prevention Club, Driver's Education Club and Cooking Club are thriving services we provide to our students. We offer non-school day field trips, family events, and family liteeracy activities are offered.

What Outreach efforts/activities are being conducted with 8th and/or 9th grade students?:
Interdistrict and cross services and field trips for High School and Middle School students have enabled the development of an ASP Young Leaders "embassador type" program that welcomes and educates 8th and 9th grasded students into the ASP program.
