Youth Service America is currently accepting applications for the 2015 Disney Friends for Change Grants, for community members participating in Global Youth Service Day on April 17-19, 2015. Young change-makers ages 5-18 seeking to improve their community are eligible to apply for $500 grants. YSA is looking for projects that use creativity and demonstrate commitment to making a positive change in the world.
