6th Annual Bridging the Bay Conference in Region 4

Join practitioners from Region 4 (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco Counties, etc.) to participate in engaging sessions linked to CDE’s new Quality Standards for Expanded Learning Programs and designed for afterschool front-line staff, site coordinators, school administrators, teachers, program managers, agency directors and district coordinators. Featured topics include Common Core Literacy, Math, and Habits of Mind, Arts Integration, STEM, Behavior Guidance, Social-Emotional Skill Building, plus new workshops in an Older Youth track.  Additional topics include planning for summer learning, staff supervision and coaching, as well as grant management.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the availability of the facility, BRIDGING  THE BAY WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY ONLY, JANUARY 31 , 2015 at Bret Harte Middle School in Oakland. If you were originally registered for Friday only, you are encouraged to change your registration to Saturday.
