The Boys and Girls Club of Placer County is currently accepting applications for the position of Teen Program Director who will be primarily responsible for facilitating the development of programs and activities at the club, focusing on the maximization of program quality and recruiting teens. Activities include sports, recreation, education, performing arts, homework help, and more. Under the direction of the site director, the Teen Program Director will also supervision volunteer management, maintain partnerships with local teen organizations, and uphold community relations. Qualifications include but are not limited to two years of college in a related field or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to motivate and energize youth.
