The Ventura County Office of Education has created: Edge Up University, which provides access to free online professional development resources. VCOE outlines a reflection process format to maximize classroom management efficiency and also provides a suggested implementation plan. The course catalog includes many different areas for professional development: classroom management, homework help/tutoring, instruction, language arts, mathematics, physical activity, science, STEM, social and emotional development, technology, 21st century skills, and program quality.
