Check out Engineering is Elementary’s two new ‘Engineering Everywhere’ curriculum units for June:

Don’t Runoff: Engineering an Urban Landscape focuses on environmental engineering for grades 6-8.
Food for Thought: Engineering Ice Cream focuses on process engineering for grades 6-8.

Both units use interactive and hands-on activities that apply real-world engineering problems. Specifically targeted towards middle-school youth in after school programs, these two units aim to engage students in engineering education during out-of-school time.
