LA’s BEST is currently accepting applications for the position of Supervising Staff Development Coordinator, who will be primarily responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the staff development and comprehensive technical assistant program for LA’s BEST. LA’s BEST  is an out-of-school enrichment program dedicated to providing a high-quality learning environment for K-12 public schools. As Supervising Staff Development Coordinator, the position will facilitate training activities and evaluate staff performance to ensure that program structure and curriculum are consistent with LA’s BEST values and mission. Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor’s degree, two years of experience with OST programs, strong analytical abilities, and demonstration of leadership.
