The L.E.A.R.N. Organization is currently accepting applications for the position of Substitute Youth Leader who will be primarily responsible for working at various after school program sites based on site needs. They will work under the discretion of a Site Coordinator and lead the academic, recreational, and/or enrichment activities of students, ensuring safety and that all activities follow a prescribed program plan. Youth leaders in the areas of El Monte, Montebello, Whittier, and Rosemead are needed. Qualifications include but are not limited to high school graduation, a passing score on the district examination for Instructional Assistants, or two years of college coursework. This is a part-time position that requires applicants to be available at least two days per week.
