The Partnership for Children & Youth (PCY) recently released a 21st CCLC Application Planning Guide. The guide provides updates on the changes and additions in the new RFA, and guidance for teams to better complete their applications. The guide outlines differences between the current 21st CCLC RFA and prior applications including an increased focused on year-round programming and summer learning.
