Join practitioners from Region 2 (Butte, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Trinity, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehama Counties) at The REMIX to learn about California’s recently released Quality Standards for Expanded Learning in California. The Conference will offer practitioners the opportunity to learn about the Quality Standards, resources available to support the implementation of the Quality Standards, as well as strategies to implement the Standards in action.

Keynote Presenter: Bob Cabeza, Vice President of Community Development, YMCA of Greater Long Beach       
Mr. Cabeza has thirty-two years experience in youth development, community development and digital media arts programming resulting in the ability to build and lead unique programs designed to better the lives of children, youth and families. Mr. Cabeza is the founder and creator of the YMCA Youth Institute, Change Agent Productions social enterprise and After School University.
