Think Together is looking for a Program Leader! The Program Leader will work with an assigned group of students (student-to-staff ratio is contingent upon CDC guidelines). Program Leaders will act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors.  Program Leaders must be genuinely interested in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for the students they teach. The Program Leader will need to have the ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and, most importantly, patience to give our students the stable and nurturing atmosphere needed to succeed. Ensuring that Think Together students reach their potential takes tremendous hard work, flexibility, and commitment. 

Part-time; Minimum Qualifications: High School or G.E.D. Required: 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units required and/or passing an Instructional Aide test (in some districts).
