Job Summary:

Primary Roles & Responsibilities: 
• Support and demonstrate commitment to the Pro-Youth vision, mission and goals at all time 
• Responsible for the implementation of ProYouth’s college-and-career readiness projects 
• Assist in coordinating programs that provide students with career readiness certifications 
• Work collaboratively with XL Coordinator and Site Director to perform outreach and promote 
awareness of available services 
• Provide services to students and parents with college and career awareness including advising 
sessions and workshops 
• Support and engage high school students in post-secondary planning that fits their strengths and 
interests, increasing awareness and access to various options 
• Generate calendar including timeframes and deadlines for college specific application processes 
• Collaborate with high school guidance counselors, school-site administration, and ProYouth program 
staff to deliver college and career readiness services to students that fit the school population’s needs 
• Support with coordination of college field trips and college and career fairs 
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, school, community colleges, 
and partner personnel 
• Participate in site staff meetings, and training workshops that relate to the goals and objectives of the 
program 
• Coordinate the collection and input of evaluation data used to measure ongoing program 
effectiveness of services and program outcome measures 
• Assist ProYouth school site team as needed with special projects and events 
• Learn and know the process of generating a work permit for students at their school 
• Perform other related duties as assigned 
• Comply with all ProYouth Policies including the ProYouth Employee Handbook
