Enrollment for health coverage through Covered California is open from November 1, 2015, to January 31, 2016. Medi-Cal enrollment is year round. The All In project is a statewide campaign to equip education leaders with the tools they need to connect families and individuals in the school, early learning, and after-school communities to health coverage and care. The All In Fall 2015 Toolkit includes an AB 2706 fact sheet and a 2015-16 calendar on how to promote access to health care all year-round.
