Meeting Content and Materials  
This is going to be an important and ambitious meeting. We hope to approve our new strategic plan, governance guidelines, and Leadership Team Commitment Agreement. Additionally we will review and approve Leadership Team recruitment priorities and LT application materials. We are working diligently to prepare our meeting materials and plan to send all materials on December 1st, stay tuned!

Final Strategic Plan Review

Our strategic plan is currently being updated by our graphic designer and communications team. You will receive this final draft version on December 1. Because we will have limited meeting time to discuss and approve the final strategic plan, the strategy committee has recommended we send you a near-final version. The purpose of this is for you to put eyes on it one final time so that you can come prepared on December 5th with your final input for approval. See the near-final version of the strategic plan attached.

We hope to be able to include 2017-2019 meeting dates in upcoming Leadership Team recruitment materials so folks understand what they are committing to well in advance.

A couple of notes: 

• The Leadership Development Committee has recommended that CAN renew its practice of an annual two-day meeting that includes a new leader orientation and Field Committee in-person annual meeting. 
• We have a staggered transition of Leadership, therefore please take a look for the surveys below to assess which ones are appropriate for you to complete.
