Pro-Youth creates and delivers programs throughout Tulare County that positively impact the lives of youth and equip them to make good lifelong choices.

Job Summary:

Primary Roles & Responsibilities: 
• Support and demonstrate commitment to the Pro-Youth vision, mission, values, and goals 
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety and well-being of students and staff 
• Maintain a solution-based focus 
• Develop a basic understanding of State and Federal grant requirements 
• Assist in obtaining and documenting grant required attendance levels for after-school day 
• Distribution of snack in compliance with CACFP mandates and record keeping requirements 
• Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with ProYouth executive, administrative and 
site staff in addition to school staff, students, parents, and community partners 
• Support in the development staff to achieve excellence and become part of a high performing team 
• Accurate and timely completion of reports and attendance data entry 
• Address issues, concerns and challenges as directed by your immediate supervisor 
• Assist with site events, off site trips and projects 
• Assume responsibility of site when Site Director is off campus 
• Comply with all ProYouth Policies, procedures and practices including the ProYouth Employee Handbook 
• Work adjusted hours to fit program time, when necessary 

Part-Time; 4.5 hours per day
