Senior Director, Corpsmember Development
Pablo Garcia-Hernandez is the Senior Director of Corpsmember Development for the Los Angeles Conservation Corps. Pablo has worked in the youth development field for 25 years. His first experience was as an arts educator for the Los Angeles Conservation Corps’ Clean and Green Program at Carver Middle School in South Los Angeles. He has worked in a wide variety of capacities and job titles in the field since then.
He is currently responsible for overseeing all wraparound direct services, workforce development programming, apprenticeships and internships, supported job search, and employer outreach for 500 opportunity youth annually. His strong commitment to authentic youth-led programming and empowering young people to shape their own communities has been a hallmark of True North throughout his career, as evident in his choices of groups with which he works and volunteers.
