Throughout her remarkable career, she has passionately championed youth development, firmly believing in the transformative power of not giving up on kids. After devoting 28 years to the Boys & Girls Clubs, Rashell’s impact on countless youth is undeniable. From mentoring youth involved in the criminal justice system to creating programs for youth with disabilities, her hands-on experience reflects a profound understanding of the diverse challenges youth face. As CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the North Valley for the past 14 years, Rashell’s leadership has been instrumental, especially during times of adversity. She has led the organization, which includes 11 Club locations in Butte & Glenn Counties, through economic downturns and federally declared natural disasters, working with her incredible team and prioritizing the well-being of the youth and communities served in the region.
