Expanded Learning Manager, Colton Joint Unified School District

With 25 years of dedicated service to Colton Joint Unified School District, including 13 years in Expanded Learning, Ron Perez currently serves as the Expanded Learning Program Manager. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students beyond the traditional school day.

His innovative leadership stems from his ability to turn ideas into experiences, often working behind the scenes to make opportunities possible. From participating in sports to attending live theater performances, he takes pride in providing students with experiences they may not otherwise have.

As a father of four, he approaches his work with a personal philosophy: every child deserves the same opportunities and enriching experiences he would want for his own children. His commitment to making things happen and his genuine desire to give students more continue to drive his leadership and lasting impact on Expanded Learning.
