On November 12, 2026, 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM, the Ecosystem Advisory Team convened virtually. 

Meeting Goals

• Reconnect to Purpose and People: re-orient as a collective by grounding in our shared purpose, relationships, and roles within the Ecosystem Plan. 
• Co-Create Shared Understanding: Engage with emerging data and shared language from Convening 1 to make meaning together. Identify patterns, principles, and possibilities that can guide equitable design across individual, interpersonal, and systemic levels.
• Design What’s Next Together: Activate creative collaboration through Listening Labs that transform insights into strategies and prototypes for the statewide listening strategy and toolkit. End the day with alignment, appreciation, and collective energy for continued co-creation.
