Today is the day – the 14th annual Afterschool & Summer Challenge is here! This is the one day each year when after school and summer providers, families, and youth from across the state meet in Sacramento to build support and awareness for our programs. Even if you are not able to attend the challenge, there is a lot you can do to make our collective voices heard today!

• Access the Challenge Social Media Toolkit including sample social media posts, or post pictures or video from youth, families, and staff using the hashtags #SaveAfterSchool and #CAChallenge. 
• Locate your legislators, and inform your legislators and Governor Brown (@JerryBrownGov) why investing in California’s expanded learning programs matters using the #SaveAfterSchool and #CAChallenge hashtags
