Do you have personal experience with an Expanded Learning staff member who is absolutely spectacular in their work and deserves recognition for their leadership? This year the California Department of Education’s Expanded Learning Division is requesting nominations for the California Expanded Learning Visionary Leadership Award and California Expanded Learning Emerging Leadership Award to be presented at the 2016 Lights on Afterschool celebration. The California Expanded Learning Visionary Leadership Award will recognize a visionary, dedicated and inspiring individual that has made a significant contribution to the California Expanded Learning field. The California Expanded Learning Emerging Leadership Award will recognize an emerging leader who is dedicated to serving the children and youth in the California Expanded Learning field.
