Camp Fire is seeking applicants to fill a newly developed position, Program Delivery Specialist. The Program Delivery Specialist will oversee the ongoing creation and curation of core programming content, tools, and resources that are aligned with Camp Fire’s program framework and program priorities, with a primary focus on Camp Fire’s C.A.M.P.E.R initiative, Camp Accessibility, Meaningful Participation, and Equal Representation.

The Program Delivery Specialist’s main objective is to ensure that core programming offered by Camp Fire is conducive to participants of all backgrounds feeling welcome, emotionally affirmed, physically comfortable, and able to participate fully, especially those whose identities have historically been excluded from quality social and learning experiences outdoors.

Camp Fire is looking for a dynamic candidate for this position—someone who has experience working on diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, understands overnight or nature-based programs, and is ready to join Camp Fire’s national movement for youth development!
