Contact Crystal-Jo

Crystal-Jo (CJ) Blanchard is currently a Specialist, Equity & Quality at CAN. CJ’s expanded learning career began in 2009 and she has never looked back. With a Bachelors in Music Therapy and a Masters in Social Work, she has served youth in all ages, grades, and in various capacities. She has found a passion in serving teens, encouraging them to become productive, caring, responsible humans. Through her involvement with the CA SSEL, CJ has been a co-facilitator of the OC ASSETs Cohort from 2018-2023, a member of the CAN Symposium Planning Team (2020-present), a TA Fellow class of 2023 and a TA Coach class of 2024 in the California Expanded Learning School of Leadership & Facilitation, and was awarded the California Expanded Learning Innovative Leadership Award in 2023. It is her hope to impact the field through supporting those who support our youth!
