Regional Manager, arc

Enrique currently serves as a Regional Manager for arc in San Diego, CA, where he oversees multiple after-school program sites, school partnerships, and teams throughout San Diego County. In this leadership role, he supports staff development, program quality, operations, and student engagement while ensuring programs create meaningful and equitable outcomes for youth and families. He continues to play a key role in employee training, mentorship, onboarding, and strategic program support across the region.

Known as “Mr. E” throughout the San Diego community, Enrique has dedicated over a decade to community impact. His work spans diverse areas, including affordable housing, health and wellness, financial stability, after-school programs, next-generation success, and resident leadership. He has also spearheaded online literacy initiatives for K–12 students in underserved communities, helping improve reading levels and supporting students in reaching their educational goals.

With experience in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Enrique is deeply committed to empowering individuals, developing future leaders, and fostering positive change through education and community engagement. He strongly believes in the power of education, guided by the principles of “changing the world, one student at a time” and “everyone needs a little CAN in their life.”
