The National Afterschool Association has recently published a new guide entitled Guide to Equitable Hiring and Staff Development Practices. This guide explores how to combat the challenge of underrepresentation and discrimination in the OST sector by creating safe and welcoming spaces through the examination of systems, and elevating practices and policies that build and strengthen the field.
