New Research Examines Physical Education in America
In the past decade, PE exposure has declined exponentually among U.S. students. This is primarily due to limited resources and budgets and prioritization of core academic subjects. In an effort to better understand physical education (PE) exposure among U.S. students the National Physical Activity Plan Alliance (NPAPA) collaborated with experts to examine trends in PE attendance and PE policies. The study yielded a collection of key findings and national recommendations based on those key findings. Visit the NAPA website to access the reports and manuscripts.
