Partner With Us!

The 2027 Site Coordinator Symposium brings together hundreds of Expanded Learning professionals in Fresno, CA, on February 4–6, 2027, for professional development, networking, and field-building. Partnering with the Symposium puts your organization in front of the people shaping afterschool and Expanded Learning across California. Whether you’re looking to showcase resources, build relationships, or strengthen your visibility in the field, we have options to fit your goals.

Tiered Partnerships

We offer five partnership tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Presenting — each with a defined set of benefits that scale with your level of investment. Higher tiers unlock additional visibility, signage, digital promotion, and on-site opportunities. See the chart below for a side-by-side comparison.

Custom Partnerships

Looking to make a bigger impression? Custom partnerships let your organization sponsor a specific Symposium experience — like the attendee name badges, tote bags, afternoon beverage or snack service, or the evening reception. Each comes with its own recognition and visibility benefits, and availability is limited. See the chart below for options, pricing, and what’s included.

FAQs

Q: What’s the difference between tiered and custom partnerships?

A: Tiered partnerships (Silver through Presenting) include exhibit table time, attendee engagement, and escalating promotional benefits. Custom partnerships are sponsorships of a specific Symposium experience — like name badges, tote bags, or the reception — with recognition tied to that element. Organizations can pursue one or both.

Q: Can we do both a tiered and a custom partnership?

A: Yes. Some organizations choose a tiered partnership for exhibit presence and add a custom sponsorship for additional visibility.

Q: How many spots are available for custom partnerships?

A: Availability is limited and varies by opportunity — most have only one or two slots. Once they’re claimed, they’re gone.

Q: What does the process look like after I submit the interest form?

A: Our Planning Team will follow up to discuss your goals, walk you through available options, and share the commitment form and next steps.

Q: When is the deadline to become a Partner?

A: Partnership availability is first-come, first-served, and some benefits have action deadlines. The earlier you commit, the more opportunities you can take advantage of. Contact us for current availability.

Q: Who attends the Symposium?

A: The Symposium draws Site Coordinators, program directors, and other Expanded Learning professionals from across California.

Q: Where can I learn more or ask questions?

A: Reach out to our team at symposium@afterschoolnetwork.org.
