Resources for Families Impacted by Immigration Policies
California’s rich diversity is one of the key factors that makes our state so unique and beautiful. Unfortunately, due to the recent administration’s policies regarding immigration, many of our undocumented and partially documented communities are being affected.
Here are some resources that can assist programs in better supporting their families:
- Partnership for Children and Youth (PCY) Immigration Resource for Expanded Learning
- Resources from the Attorney General’s Office– Learn about your rights, awareness on immigration scams, guidance and policies for public institutions, and how to file a complaint if you believe your rights have been violated.
- Public Counsel FAQ’s on Nonprofit and Small Business Rights
- National Employment Law Project (NELP) and National Immigration Law Center (NILC) Employer Guide
- CA.gov Information and Resources
