Dedicated to the mission of Think Together, the Senior Director is a confident and competent leader who is skilled at representing the organization in establishing strategic programmatic partnerships. S/he has an extensive background in K-12 education and student engagement in expanded learning programs.

The Senior Director of Program Innovations leads the program development team and all aspects of program design at Think Together. S/he ensures our programs are innovative, high-quality programs that are researched-based and have standards aligned to meet the needs of our partners in supporting expanded learning that helps students succeed toward college & career readiness. In addition, this position provides leadership and guidance for organization-wide data management & program evaluations.
