Site Coordinator Spotlight: Priscila Trejo-Martinez, San Francisco, Region 4

We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Priscila Trejo-Martinez, from the organization Mission Graduates in San Francisco, Region 4, whose leadership in community engagement inspires the field!
Priscila is a driving force in her community, bringing students, families, and staff together with warmth, care, and boundless energy. She creates programs and opportunities where student creativity shines, and families feel like true partners in their children’s learning. Her dedication to community engagement has strengthened partnerships among Mission Graduates, the PTA, and school administration, making the after school program a welcoming, joyful hub for the school community.
Her leadership shines in everything she does, big and small. She helped organize the school’s Hispanic Heritage Night, collaborating with administrators, teachers, and after-school staff to celebrate student work, culture, and family pride. She also helped launch Trunk or Treat for the entire school, coordinated winter events where every student received gifts, and even wore an inflatable turkey costume to lift school spirit during the school’s Turkey Trot. These efforts highlight her dedication to making school a place where everyone feels included, celebrated, and inspired.
Through her energy, compassion, and vision, Priscila has created a space where students grow with confidence, families feel genuinely welcomed, and the school community is stronger and more connected than ever. She doesn’t just run a program; she nurtures a community and leaves a lasting, joyful impact on everyone.
