Three New Technical Assistance Opportunities from CalSAC

The Summer Technical Assistance Network Project prepares programs and staff by introducing elements of high-quality programs and tools. Participation in the project is free.

The Energenious Out-of-School Time Program is a dynamic environmental STEM curriculum designed to engage children, youth and their families in energy and water conservation. Participants receive on-site training and curriculum guides, programs are resourced with educational activities designed to strengthen the knowledge and habits critical for energy and water conservation. 

Science Action Club is a comprehensive citizen science and environmental science experience designed for middle school youth in out-of-school time. The full suite of resources includes curriculum guides, supplies for hands-on investigations, digital learning tools, and professional development that enables afterschool providers to offer Science Action Club in their local communities.
