The Site Coordinator Symposium Planning Team is looking for dynamic presenters for the hybrid 2027 Site Coordinator Symposium! We’re especially eager to hear from Site Coordinators and the leaders who support them. If you have promising practices, fresh ideas, or hard-won insights that build capacity and elevate high-quality Expanded Learning and Out-of-School Time (OST) programs for California’s kids, youth, and families — this is your stage!

Key Dates

• September 8, 2026: General Presenter RFP opens to the public for submissions
• October 9, 2026: General Presenter RFP closes to the public for submissions
• October 6 – October 23, 2026: Planning Team Reviews & Scores RFPs
• October 26, 2026: CAN will begin to Inform Presenters
• November 2, 2026: CAN will announce Workshops publicly!
