Key Dates

• September 8, 2026: General Presenter RFP opens to the public for submissions
• October 9, 2026: General Presenter RFP closes to the public for submissions
• October 6 – October 23, 2026: Planning Team Reviews & Scores RFPs
• October 26, 2026: CAN will begin to Inform Presenters
• November 2, 2026: CAN will announce Workshops publicly!

A: Please register in the Cvent Presenter Portal. Login details were sent to the primary workshop contact email on file.
