The Biz Stoop, CA Youth Rising, East Bay Community Foundation, the California Endowment, and Urban Strategies Council invite you to participate in the 2025 Youth Mental Wellness Community Survey, a collaborative effort to shape the future of youth mental health in California. This survey is open to:

• Youth ages 8–17 (with parental consent)
• Young adults 18–35
• Adults 35+ who are parents, educators, or community allies of youth

Your responses will help inform youth-led and community-driven mental health initiatives. Topics include access to mental health services, diversity in care, and awareness of crisis support resources.
