Eduardo A. Caballero is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of EDMO® (Edventure More), a California-based nonprofit that engages approximately 10,000 TK-8 students annually through award-winning STEAM and SEL after-school and summer programs.
A lifelong out-of-school-time professional, Eduardo began working in day camps at age 12. After earning a degree in Psychology from Cornell University, he directed after-school tutoring centers for four years before co-founding EDMO in 2004. Today, he oversees the organization’s strategic partnerships, advocacy, development, and equity initiatives, building partnerships with children’s museums, school districts, county offices of education, national coalitions, nonprofits, and corporate partners. Eduardo has presented workshops and served on panels at national conferences, including the National Summer Learning Association, BOOST, and SXSW EDU. He is a steering committee member of the California Afterschool Advocacy Alliance (CA3) and has contributed to numerous workgroups and coalitions focused on STEM, literacy, and summer learning.

As a Leadership for Equity & Opportunity (LEO) alumnus and coach-practitioner, Eduardo is passionate about building partnerships that expand equitable access to joyful, high-quality out-of-school-time learning experiences for all children while creating meaningful and fulfilling careers for the professionals who serve them.
