We are excited to announce the 9th Annual 2026 Site Coordinator Symposium, to be held in Long Beach, CA. Presented by the California AfterSchool Network, in partnership with the Site Coordinator Network, and supported by the California Department of Education Expanded Learning Division.

The Symposium will continue to feature content dedicated to the growth, development, and success of Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff. Additionally, it will discuss how Leadership can create systems and supports to enhance their success and overall program quality. Join us for capacity-building opportunities, networking, community-building, and a great time! The Site Coordinator Symposium will offer both virtual and in-person engagement opportunities.

The Site Coordinator Symposium welcomes all participants and is dedicated to supporting Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff in Expanded Learning and Out-of-School-Time (OST) programs.

When available, registration tickets labeled “Site Coordinator” are discounted for individuals serving in a direct-service role in an EXL/OST program 80% or more of the time, either in a ratio or directly.

Note: The presenter Rates outlined above apply to up to three presenters per workshop. The registration rates will be waived if any of the three presenters are Site Coordinators. Workshops may have more than three presenters, but they will be required to pay the applicable non-presenter registration rates.

Hilton long beach hotel with palm trees at the entranceThe 2026 Site Coordinator Symposium is happy to offer a hotel room block at the Hilton Long Beach. As of November 11, 2025, the room block is 85% SOLD OUT! We anticipate the hotel room block will sell out very quickly. Additional nearby hotels will be shared soon. 

  • Room rate dates: February 25, 2026 – February 28, 2026
  • Rates starting at $236 per night.

Due to the costs and materials associated with conferences, we cannot cancel registration tickets or issue refunds. If you are unable to attend, we will allow someone else to take your place at the conference.
