District Administrator & Program Manager, Porterville Unified School District
Tisha Bradley currently serves as the District Administrator of Expanded Learning for Porterville Unified School District, where she oversees programming for over 6,000 students across before-school, after-school, and summer programs. With a strong focus on equity, student voice, and access, she has led the creation of districtwide intramural sports, performing arts, and career-pathway initiatives. Her work includes developing an internship pipeline serving 350+ high school students and implementing SEL-integrated enrichment experiences that support student well-being and growth.
Tisha brings over two decades of educational leadership experience and a passion for out-of-school time (OST) as a vehicle for transformation. As a proud Hispanic and American Indian woman raised in underserved communities, she is committed to culturally responsive practices and social justice, both personally and professionally.
She has presented at national conferences, advocated for student-centered education at the federal level, and regularly trains educators in data-driven leadership, SEL, and student-centered instruction. Her work aligns directly with CAN’s mission to ensure all California youth have access to high-quality, equity-driven Expanded Learning opportunities.
