What to Expect During Your First Year
We’ll support you throughout your first year as a CAN Leader. You’ll participate in:
- Leadership Team orientation
- Virtual onboarding with new members
- Monthly Leadership Team meetings
- In-person convenings
- Possible opportunities to join Action Teams
- Support & engage in CAN events
- Ongoing support from CAN staff and fellow leaders
Our goal is to ensure every new leader feels welcomed, informed, and prepared to contribute.
