Calendar Year 2025 Expanded Learning Grant Reduction List – Final
April 8, 2026
The final Calendar Year 2025 Reduction Process is now complete for the After School Education and Safety (ASES), 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) elementary/middle school and the High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Programs. If you are receiving this email, it is because one or more of your school site(s) did not meet the 85.00 percent (65.00 percent for Frontier Sites) minimum attendance target across two consecutive calendar years or did not meet 75.00 percent (55.00 percent for Frontier Sites) minimum attendance target in the most current calendar year. These grants will be effective July 1, 2026.
The attendance reduction calculations use the actual reported percentages (out to two decimal places) and include an additional 15.00 percent cushion for growth.
The reduction list reflects only sites that have been reduced so if you do not see your school site listed, you are not being reduced.
The total amount of reductions calculated for ASES, 21st CCLC elementary/middle school, and ASSETs funded sites totaled: $27,135,629.29
- ASES Reduction: $11,411,042.80
- 21st CCLC elementary/middle school Reduction: $8,750,198.38
- ASSETs Reduction: $6,974,388.11
