The CDE EXLD recently sent communications informing Expanded Learning Grantees of the following:
The 4th quarter expenditure (April 1–June 30) and the 2nd semiannual attendance (January 1–June 30) reports have been released in the After School Support and Information System (ASSIST). They are due by July 31, 2025, for the After School Education and Safety (ASES), 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC), and the 21st Century CCLC High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) program grants.

Fiscal Year 2023-2024 ELO-P Expenditure Report

The California Department of Education (CDE) would like to remind you about the critical deadlines regarding the expenditure of fiscal year 2023-24 funds for the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P).
California Education Code Section 46120 (c)(B) requires each local educational agency that received an allocation pursuant to subparagraph (A), (B), or (C) of paragraph (1) for the 2023-24 fiscal year shall report final expenditures to the department on or before September 30, 2025.
