Program Quality Monitor, arc

Enrique is currently a Program Quality Monitor for arc’s Training Department in San Diego, CA. He provides training and development to employees in the San Diego, Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas during their onboarding period and during ongoing training and development at routine staff development meetings and site reviews.

Known as Mr. E throughout various communities in the county of San Diego, Enrique’s passion lies in community building, impacting communities for the past ten years by delivering services in affordable housing, health & wellness, financial stability, after-school programming, next-gen success, and resident leadership. Enrique has helped pilot online literacy programs for students K-12th in under-served communities, successfully increasing reading grade levels and achieving educational goals. He also has experience working for non-profit and for-profit organizations.

He firmly believes in “changing the world, a student at a time.”
