Leadership Team Applicants notified of application status

Post

Hello Leadership Team,

This message is to inform you that all Leadership Team applicants have been notified of the status of their applications. Therefore, the “gag order” has been lifted. Following is some pertinent information regarding this development.

  • You are free to congratulate new members, and describe how rigorous and challenging the selection process was with such a high quality applicant pool to those candidates not selected.
  • The top 25 (the Leadership Development Committee “Yes” and “Strong Maybe” candidates) all received personal calls from either Frank (for those candidates who were not selected) or Jeff (welcoming successful candidates to the team).
  • Phone calls were followed up with personal email messages from Jeff (see text in documents attached)
  • Reminder: I want to thank you for the candid and authentic dialogue we had as a team through the selection process. However, the details of that conversation and discussions about particular individuals throughout the selection process should be kept confidential.
  • Reminder: There were many more unsuccessful candidates than successful ones. If (for example) you are currently at BOOST be sensitive that if you are congratulating a successful candidate, you may be in ear shot of an unsuccessful candidate.
