Post

The Healthy Eating and Active Living Toolkit for Community Educators was created by the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Branch (NEOPB) of the California Department of Public Health so you and other community educators can easily teach low-income adults about healthy eating, through lesson plans and support materials, including eating the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables and enjoying physical activity every day. This Toolkit, which is an adaptation of the Fruit, Vegetable and Physical Activity Toolbox for Community Educators, is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hmong, and Vietnamese.
