The Leadership Team is the primary governing body of the Site Coordinator Network. The Leadership Team is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and support to the committees and participants in the Site Coordinator Network.
The Action Team members serve on an individual committee where they are responsible for providing strategic direction and support to the Site Coordinator Network and the members.

- We will identify and prescribe promising practices that professionalize the Site Coordinator with communities.

- To create innovative opportunities to convene, communicate, and connect, for site coordinator by site coordinators, to inspire, empower and elevate our role in expanded learning.
Needs and Challenges
- Will create effective strategies to gather and analyze relevant data from Site Coordinators to inform the Site Coordinator Committees, field stakeholders, leaders, and decision-making to increase relevance and effectiveness of Technical Assistance for Site Coordinators
- Will focus on surfacing information, resources, and technical assistance opportunities to Site Coordinators.
