The YMCA of San Diego County is currently hiring for a Department Head of Education. The position will be responsible for planning, facilitating, developing, implementing, and evaluating all extensions of ASES and Licensed Child & Youth Development Programs and the Transportation Programs. Directed by the executive director, the Education Department head will work to enhance programs to meet enrollment goals as well as supervising and training staff. Additionally, the position will develop and implement annual budgets as well as ensure that all YMCA policies are followed. Those experienced in the field of Childhood Education are encouraged to apply to the position.
