The California AfterSchool Network is excited to connect at the 2024 Site Coordinator Symposium Change Agents: Growing With Expanded Learning. The Health and Safety of our team and community are essential. At this time, all In-Person conference participants and sponsors, including CAN Staff, will be required to follow local and statewide health and safety guidelines in accordance with the CDC and Department of Public Health.

Effective April 1, 2022, Indoor Mega Events no longer require vaccine verification or proof of negative test. However, the State of CA strongly recommends that all participants be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test before attending an event. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated and boosted, when eligible.

Face Masks - Based on current County guidelines, masks are strongly encouraged but are not mandatory.

If participants are ill, staying home, resting, and recovering is best.

As the situation evolves, so will our approach and guidelines to keeping you safe. We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we manage this. We ask that attendees check their email and/or our website for Health & Safety Updates.
